Why is the motion sensor not sensitive enough, or why can’t it detect properly as described?

Our solar light’s infrared motion sensor (15m max, 180°) is temperature-sensitive—sensitivity/distance may drop slightly if ambient temp is close to body temp. Adjust the angle for best performance.

The lighting duration is shorter than expected, and it runs out of power in only 1-4 hours. What’s the reason?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our 1800mAh solar light lasts 8-10hrs (dim mode) or 80 triggers (sensor mode) when fully charged. Shorter duration = undercharged. Charge in direct sunlight (avoid cloudy weather/obstacles like leaves).

Can the solar panel be adjusted? I need to install it in a location that requires adjusting the panel angle.

Due to the integrated structural design of the product, the solar panel cannot be adjusted independently. We recommend avoiding installing the light on ceilings or hanging positions.

What should I do if parts are missing, or I don’t know how to install the solar light?

Missing parts: quick replacements available. Install steps: drill holes, fix backplate with screws, attach lamp. Details in 3rd image or manual.

HIGH BRIGHTNESS AND WIDE BEAM ANGLE – Our solar floodlight boasts 302 high-brightness LEDs that emit a cool daylight color temperature of 7000K, producing a brightness of 1200 lumens. The light can be distributed widely with the help of three adjustable heads that can be rotated by 130°. It can cover a distance of up to 20 m.
HIGH-SENSITIVITY SENSOR AND 3 LIGHTING MODES – The PIR sensor on our light can detect ambient motion with a 15 m sensing range and 180° induction angle, and activate 3 nighttime lighting modes. These modes are: motion-activated 100% brightness for 25 seconds, always-on 10% brightness for 8 to 10 hours, or always-on 3% brightness with motion-activated 100% brightness for 25 seconds.
